We are currently seeking a dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. Our Permit Coordinators act as liaisons between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Pull permits
  • Coordinate with the company, customer, and municipalities to ensure work is completed timely and within code
  • Schedule and verify inspections 
  • Process purchase orders
  • Start to finish project administrative assistance to include, permitting, submittals, contracts, change orders, subcontracts, billing, inspections and final close out
  • Responsible for company data management and record keeping systems, electronic and paper
  • Assist with service set up, dispatch and tracking
  • Setup and maintain vendor/subcontract accounts and information spreadsheets
  • Prepares reports, communications, meetings

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 year's Administrative experience; Permitting experience a plus
  • Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft office; Advance Excel skills a plus
